Thanks to my brother, i realise this corner of my backyard is obviously the perfect place for outfit photos. Oh and get ready for this next gem of a photo coming up -

BAM, didn't see that coming did you? It's all candid on this blog - i even upload the bad ones haha.

I'm a firm believer in creative license, especially in relation to fashion and style. In other words, if you think it works - go for it, man. Contrary to popular belief, sometimes i like to dress down in the sense that my outfits are sometimes less 'outrageous'. White button, pleather shorts, ankle boots, and a bit of drama in the form of my necklaces.

Casual Friday. A bit of a blah outfit, nothing like what i'd usually wear. But on a rainy day when there are errands to run - it's really a whatever goes kind of day. I do love this coat though. A friend of mine said it's a coat that would belong to a crazy cat lady, though i say haters gon' hate, haha.

Wait, so what do you and your best friend do at 3AM..? All dressed up and no where to really go - pretty standard for us.Its baffles me how one could be dead centre of Sydney's city and have no where to be. Sydney's nightlife is beyond underated. Super unimpressed. But we figured why not go hard out, we really had nothing to lose and pretty much everything to gain at that point.

Day 1 (or day 2; who knows - everything is just one big blur) of my stay at the Intercontinental. I have so much love for this outfit - to the average individual it would be 'too much'. Too much texture, print, colour, etc. But to me this is just standard. I'd be looking for a suit & skirt combo for so long, and I finally found this one a couple months ago from ASOS. $70 well spent, I say.
CHECK OUT MY FUUUUUUUR. As if it is not the sickest jacket EVER. It was a birthday gift from my best friend Gracie
And this sick legit nail ring. Don't mind my chipped nails. Tell me this isn't awesome. TELL ME.

I'd say this was probably day 2 of my stay at the Intercontinental Sydney with my best friends (who in future i may or may not refer to as my family, 'cause i love them that much). This outfit is probably the most candid and forthright explanation of what my style 'aesthetic' is. Picture this, if my aesthetic was made up of 4 parts, the formula would be as follows: 1 part grunge + 1 part 'ghetto' + 1 part tailored + 1 part complete spontaneity.

Hat: Oakland Raiders Snapback
Top: Asos Polo Crop Top
Skirt: American Apparel Circle Skirt
Boots: Demonia
Necklace: Colette
Watch: Dangerfield
Bandana: Paddy's Market

Stay tuned for more good times, yay!
